A Young Doctor's Notebook: Daniel Radcliffe & Jon Hamm film new series on Sky Arts
Daniel Radcliffe is most famous for his role in Harry Potter. But he’s also admitted he’s a huge fan of writer Mikhail Bulgakov. This autumn he’s playing the leading role in A Young Doctor’s Notebook, Bulgakov’s book about his life as a young doctor in a Russian village in 1917.
The screenplay is written by Mark Chappell and Alan Connor. They came into the VoR studios in London for a round table interview with Alice Lagnado. Alice began by asking Mark Chappell about the difficulties of adapting Bulgakov for television.
Playhouse Presents…A Young Doctor’s Notebook begins on Thursday 6 December at 9pm on Sky Arts 1.
