Well, I'm a 17 year old Aussie who has a passion for writing and stumbled upon this site by chance, I guess :P I was looking for something to read and I'm a sedate fan of Dan Radcliffe, so i thought 'why not?'.
I currently go to boarding school in South-East Queensland and live in South-West Queensland(the state that looks like a demented cat's ear)

Do you ride kangaroos to school? Fact: Kangaroos have nice, long sharp claws that once made one of my um's dogs (before I was born) blind in one eye because it severed the optic nerve. Still think we ride roos to school? Please do not the sarcasm of the last question, but seriously, we don't wrestle kangaroos just to ride them to school every morning.
Do you like koala bears? Fact: They're not bears, despite looking like bears, they're a species all on their own within the mammalia genome.
Is it always hot there? Fact: The mountains in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania do get snow caps every winter. It's also snowed in a town called Stanthorpe here in Queensland. That stereotype can also be disproved by the fact that I walk around in a parka and jeans(with stockings underneath) in the winter months at school, since where I go to school sits on top of the Great Dividing Range.
Do you have sharks in Australia? Fact: Yes, we do -.-;
