Anti-fake news company taking staffers to Daniel Radcliffe’s fact-checking play
New fake-news-fighting organization NewsGuard is taking its entire staff to see Daniel Radcliffe’s fact-checking play, “The Lifespan of a Fact.” NewsGuard — set up by Court TV founder Steven Brill and former Wall Street Journal publisher Gordon Crovitz — bought tickets for all of its staff to see the show. The comedy — also starring Cherry Jones and Bobby Cannavale — follows a battle between a fastidious fact checker and a cavalier author as they work through an article together.
