Since the premiering of Jungle at the Melbourne International Film Festival a few new things have appeared online. Dan did a special message since he did not appear at the Film Festival, Andy Hazel posted this via twitter.. A new video has also appeared online which talks about the film and a radio broadcast where Daniel talked over the phone. Evening with Linda Burns also which you can hear here.
“We were talking about my first long-term relationship and how I’m sometimes unsure if ending that was the right thing to do considering he was my first true love.
“He explained to me that if I hadn’t left that relationship in my early 20s, I would never have experienced my life the way I have since, standing on my own two feet, taking risks, making mistakes – and I wouldn’t be the actress that stood before him today.”
She adds: “It was such a valuable lesson to understand – trust your instincts to live your life to the fullest and channel any pain or loss you feel into your art”.
