Lots of stuff has went on this week: Dan’s Olympic Message, Kill Your Darlings Blu-Ray Info, Kill Your Darlings Release for Germany (January 31), Dan returning to Broadway for Cripple of Inishmaan, Simpson’s Episode for Diggs release March 9, New scenes for Kill Your Darlings: Meeting Jack and German Clip and Trailer, What’s on Stage Awards voting ends, Horns Poster and New Still, Tokyo Vice to shoot next year and possible reunion with Daniel Radcliffe and Dane DeHaan in College Republicans. Also a new press book for Kill Your Darlings Germany which you can download in our gallery.
“The F Word” scribe Elan Mastai said he was glad to see Radcliffe successfully break away from his Harry Potter roots.
“For all his fame and success I don’t think he’s ever been nominated for an acting award so I think it’s really amazing that Canadians have recognized the actor that he’s become,” said Mastai, up for best adapted screenplay against Ken Scott and Michael Dowse of “The Grand Seduction,” Javier Gullon of “Enemy,” Robert Lepage for “Triptyque” and Michel Marc Bouchard and Dolan for “Tom at the Farm.”
“The F Word” is among several titles that have yet to hit theatres. It’s expected out in the summer, while Villeneuve’s “Enemy” comes out March 14, immediately following the March 9 awards bash.

A CBS Films spokesman tell us: “CBS Films has not changed the title of ‘The F Word’ to ‘If You’re Lucky.’ ”
One movie we heard some good word about at TIFF last fall but just couldn’t find room for in our screening schedule was “The F Word.” The film from director Michael Dowse (“Fubar,” “Goon,” “Take Me Home Tonight”) is a rom-com starring Daniel Radcliffe and Zoe Kazan, about a young man stuck in the dreaded friend zone with a girl he likes a whole lot more than that. Buzz was good on the movie, and it even landed on TIFF’s Top 10 Canadian Films Of 2013 list.
CBS Films Twitter says a teaser should be ready in a few weeks…it’s very funny/sweet.

I recently added 1249 captures of Episode 4 of A Young Doctor’s Notebook and other stories. On Top of that I also made a new community on VK. I was sort of getting tired of facebook groups so I moved it to VK instead. You can visit us at vk.com/simplydanielradcliffe, any posts made through it will be redirected to our twitter. Most of our latest updates have been posted on our facebook page. Frankenstein has stopped filming currently until the new year. Dan’s also donated some stuff to the screen actor’s guild auction stuff from Potter and Kill Your Darlings.
Kill Your Darlings is released on December 6 in the UK and in the meantime the KYD Cut Up exhibition will be projected around London. Having launched at Waterloo, the exhibition is expected to go on to Shoreditch, Soho and Camden. I have added pictures to the gallery from the Exhibition and a few other updates to it as well.
This morning we had The Guardian show us the photo shoot they had of him smoking. Dan talks about about smoking, his musical tastes and the embarrassment of being a millionaire. Daniel also reveals that he has created ‘the Michael Fassbender test’ for his acting career.

Cinedays Film Festival for Macedonia opened today for Kill Your Darlings. And Dan will be appearing On Graham Norton December 6 possibly to talk about the opening of Kill Your Darlings for the UK which is on December 6.
