Daniel Radcliffe is the new guy in an American suberb. One summer afternoon while helping his parents unpack he meets Kelli; a girl who is both beautiful and mysterious. He instantly develops a crush on her but doesn't feel like he is good enough or even brave enough to ask her out. A few weeks pass and Daniel has by this point become good friends with the rest of the neighborhood teenagers, Chad, Samantha, Tiffany and her boyfriend Ben, Zack and Sasha.
