It’s taken me about a month to complete this, 33 pieces of graphic artwork on Kill Your Darlings and the F Word with one piece from Horns which is Daniel’s upcoming movie. It will be available for download tomorrow: Wednesday September 12. As I still have to make a few additions or adjustments to some of the pieces.
A lot of things have been happening that are just completely crazy at the time in my life, so I am making a graphics project featuring 30 graphics.It’s a huge task when I did the woman in black graphics project I believe that took me about a month totally forgot how long but I pushed the original KYD Project cause of recent developments and I am keeping all the submissions we got for it so when I have the time to actually put it together. It will be complete and not rushed.

Yesterday Melissa told me that she never received her confirmation email that approved her for the gallery. I have a feeling this is happening to a lot of people
who newly register for some reason I can’t answer that right now but I will be running some tests. So for now, the only way to register is by emailing me your info so I can manually add you myself.

I never thought it would go this far and apparently it has. The Trevor Project has loved the video we did if not for Portal Radcliffe and the rest of us, (Glowing Radcliffe, DJR Holland, Radcliffe Brasil and DanielRadcliffe.de) and the 103 fans that helped and put up with us. We wouldn’t be were we are, to be recognized by Trevor is an honor.
One member from SDR wrote us, Teresa who was our Allen Ginsberg. She wrote an email that went straight to my heart and had me in tears. i never thought of myself as inspiring not ever. Just pushing the news to you about the man who brought us all together Daniel Radcliffe. And creating stuff for you guys as well. It’s little things like that, that you’ll never know how much it means to me. Teresa if you read this it was an honor to have you participate and we really could have not done this without you. We needed our Allen and you gave us that. Thank you so much. 🙂
Today we celebrate the 23rd birthday of the man that made a change in our lives. For me. he has given me a gift and maybe he doesn’t realize what he’s given me but with everyone who is a member at SDR. You have all become like a family to me. For the past two weeks we have all worked hard to get everything together for the DR Birthday Project I would like to thank Portal Radcliffe, Glowing Radcliffe, DJR Holland, Radcliffe Brasil and DanielRadcliffe.de . I think I can say we all came a little bit closer too while doing this project together.

In the last few weeks, 6 websites and 103 fans from 25 countries gathered to wish a Happy Birthday to this one special person who made this possible: Daniel Radcliffe.

This project is based on the 2013 movie Kill Your Darlings staring Daniel Radcliffe and Dane DeHaan. I wanted to put this together because after speaking to some of you, I thought it would be something we could all do together. Last year I worked on The Woman in Black and I got a huge response with all the graphics I made and even won a facebook contest I didn’t expect to win. So this time we are gonna promote KYD as a group and hopefully when it comes out. A lot more people will see it.
The project is gonna be a video which will feature: Photographs, Poetry, Drawings, Graphic Art, and Fans Reactions before the release. After this project is done we will be doing a follow up with a second video to get fans reactions after they have seen the movie. I am not all too sure on the movie’s release date yet. So confirmation on the date will have to wait. But here’s our projected start date:
KYD project starts from: July 16 – August 16
Credits– Angela Zhao (Columbia University Pictures)
Everything in the project must reflect something on Kill Your Darlings whether its Daniel, Dane, the real Allen Ginsberg and Lucien Carr or the plot of the story itself.
Photographs– (Photo’s of Daniel Radcliffe or Dane DeHaan) if you took them with your own camera.They will be accepted.
Photographs can be personal set pics you took yourself or collage type pics that were hand made with you posing with it.
If your using words in your collage you can use (Allen Ginsberg, Lucien Carr, Daniel Radcliffe, Dane DeHaan or Kill Your Darlings)
Size of picture must be: 3000×2000 pixels
Poetry– hand written at max a paragraph, any style. Must be written by you and related to Kill Your Darlings.
Not too lengthy- at maximum about 3-5 lines, if your poen is long we will use it but it will be posted on the site instead.
Drawings– Hand Drawn by your own hand you can draw Daniel or Dane or a portrait of them together or you can do one of each. Any Presentation is welcomed, Portrait or Landscape.
When drawing make sure your drawing is dark enough to be video
Fan Videos– 1 minute explaining why your anxious to see the movie. Must be filmed in a well lit area to capture your face and in landscape format. (.mp4 format preferred)
Audio– If you would like to read your poem that you wrote we could add it as well. Otherwise we will get someone to read it aloud. Must be clear and in .mp3 format.
Graphic Art– any KYD related graphics created by you any size or style. Manipulations, Blends, Collages Must be in .jpg or .png
Horns is based on Joe Hill’s best-selling novel. Aja will direct from an adapted screenplay by Keith Bunin.

In a few weeks I will start doing a project gathering both site Simply Dane DeHaan and Simply Daniel Radcliffe. I have several ideas on what to do for this and I think it will be a great project to do for the movie. I’ll be going over some ideas with people who are interested in joining. Till then I will let you know the details as soon as I get things together.
The Birthday project has received 5 entries so far. We need them all by Wednesday if you cannot complete yours let me know i have two on stand by. As for the gallery, it is almost done I have about 29 photos to replace. So I am gonna be replacing those.
